Welcome

Every Project Begins With Understanding.

Every project begins with understanding your goals. The information below helps us prepare for our initial conversation, understand the scope of your project, and determine the best way to assist you.

After reviewing your request, a member of the Clark Painting team will contact you to discuss your project, answer questions, and schedule the next step when appropriate.

Nothing here commits you to anything. There is no charge for an estimate, no obligation to proceed, and no automated sales sequence waiting on the other side of the button.

Project Information

Tell Us About Your Project.

It takes a few minutes. Only the essentials are required, and anything you are unsure of can wait until we speak.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Everything else is optional, and a request with only the essentials is perfectly welcome.

Contact Information So we know who to reach, and how you would prefer to be reached.

So we can reach you quickly if we have a question about your project.

Preferred Contact Method
Project Location Where the work would take place. The city is enough to begin; the full address can wait until we speak.
Project Details Enough for us to prepare properly. If you are unsure of something, say so — that is useful to know as well.

A range is genuinely helpful and never used to inflate an estimate. If you would rather discuss it later, leave this blank.

Project Description

Your goals, the rooms or surfaces involved, anything that has been tried before, and anything you would like us to know before we contact you.

Project Photographs

Show Us What You’re Working With.

Upload photographs of the areas you’d like us to review. Images help us understand your project before our first conversation — and they are entirely optional.

JPEG, PNG, or WebP. Up to 10 photographs, 1MB each and 32MB in total. Photographs are used only to understand your project before we speak.

We aim to reply within one working day. You can also call us at (907) 738-7381 if you would rather talk it through.

What Happens Next

After You Send This, Here Is What Follows.

Five steps, in order, with no surprises in between. We aim to reply within one working day.

  1. We review your request

Someone reads what you have written, along with any photographs you send, before anyone calls you. It means the first conversation starts from your project rather than from a script.

  2. We contact you to discuss it

A short conversation, at the time and in the way you asked to be reached. We confirm what you are hoping to do, answer questions, and tell you plainly if we are not the right fit.

  3. We visit the property, if it is needed

Many projects can be given an initial estimate from your photographs and details alone. Larger, more complex, and specialty work usually calls for an on-site consultation, and where it does we arrange one at a time that suits you rather than pricing from a doorway.

  4. You receive a detailed estimate

In writing, itemised, and specific about preparation, products, and what is included. Nothing is left implied, so you can compare it against anything else you have been given.

  5. We schedule and prepare

Once you approve the estimate, we agree dates, confirm colours and sequence, and tell you what to expect on the first day. Preparation begins before anyone arrives with a brush.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions About Getting Started.

If something you need is not covered here, ask us in the form above — or call, and we will answer it directly.

How quickly will someone contact me?

We aim to reply within one working day. Requests that arrive over a weekend or a holiday are answered the next working day.

A person reads your request and replies to it. You will not receive an automated sequence of emails, and your details are not passed to anyone else.

Is there a charge for estimates?

Estimates are complimentary throughout our normal service area, with no obligation to proceed. Projects beyond that area are considered individually, based on the scope of the work and what the travel involves — ask us and we will tell you plainly where yours falls.

If we think your project would be better served by someone else, we will tell you that instead of quoting for work we are not the right crew for.

Can I upload additional photos later?

Yes. Send whatever you have now, and you can send more once we are in touch — often it is easier to photograph the right things after a short conversation about what would be useful.

Photographs are helpful but never required. Plenty of projects begin with nothing more than a description, and many can be given an initial estimate from photographs and project details alone, without anyone needing to visit first.

Do I need to know my paint colours?

Not at all, and most people do not at this stage. Colour is one of the last decisions rather than one of the first.

We prepare samples so colours can be judged in the actual light of your rooms, which matters more in Alaska than almost anywhere: the same wall reads differently in June than it does in December.

Can I request multiple services?

Yes. Choose Multiple Services in the form and describe what you have in mind — combining work is usually more efficient than treating each part as a separate project.

Drywall repair and painting in particular belong together. Handled by one crew under one schedule, responsibility for the finished surface stays in one place.

Can commercial properties request estimates online?

Yes. Choose Commercial as the location type, and tell us about access, occupancy, and any hours the work needs to fit around.

Commercial projects are often phased into evenings, weekends, or off-hours where that is practical, and we would rather plan that with you from the beginning than discover the constraint later.
